Files are subject to the full document lifecycle, including check-in, check-out, versioning, rollback, approvals, and scheduling. In addition, the Asset Management features are built upon template-based publishing, allowing you to share assets across multiple websites and intranets.

The system also allows for image and document manipulation. Images can be automatically changed to thumbnails or scaled for use in the site. You'll be able to easily build a robust library of all relevant content, including text, images and other files. Base-10 will automatically label each item making it a simple task to catalog and locate exactly what you want when you want it. Additional meta-information can also be added to help further catalog the files.
